I am some sad news. :( I still can't tell you what I am up to, I am waiting for approval. I know it's almost like I have a really funny joke to tell you but I can't... I can't tell! I am the worst secret keeper!. Well I am the worst at least at my secrets. Please forgive me, as soon I as get the green light I will share.
My husband and I were having a discussion that there has been a couple of bear sightings and I have no idea on how to protect myself.
Do I freeze and stand still? Maybe I should get a tree shirt and try and blend in with the trees?
Maybe I could look more like a bear with this hat.
Should I run? Could I even out run a bear? I would need some Nike vintage shoes- they look like they could go pretty fast.
My husband suggested that we could throw one of dogs at it, if necessary. :( I was not happy with that one. How about keeping a stash of honey? Do bears even like honey? or is that just Winnie the Pooh.
Do I make a loud noise? They did have fog horns at the dollar store or I could get a fancy one on
amazon. :)
Ok so I
looked it up if I were to be attacked by a bear- it said play dead. Is that horrible or what? I am a goner if I run into a bear. Check out this cute wall decal of playing dead. :)
Well I feel a little bit better now that I know how to deal with a run in with a bear.

ha! well if the bear is wearing a sweater like the one in the first photo, you could just chat about cozy fashion and hopefully the whole encounter would end in a nice cup of tea (with honey!)

I always wanted to be friends with a bear, because of a movie i saw when I was a child. Said this I think you should run as fast as you can throwing food behind you while you run. I was told bears love junk food: m&m's maybe could work?
Don't play dead. Don't run. Act as big as you can. The hat might help.

and i am TERRIFIED of bears. i read a terrible story about a guy and a bear...we used to camp up north in michigan and i was always nervous of running into bears. of course, i also saw a snack in the outhouse one year and now i'm terrified of outhouses, too...

That is actually the best hat I've seen in a while. And I've seen some good hats! I don't suggest wearing it though, (s)he might get jealous and try to steal it! Disaster
