In the spirit of Christmas- top 5 Christmas movies of all time. I could never get enough of the Christmas movies and still love them.
1. How the Grinch Stole Christmas (1966 version)
You're a mean one... Mr Grinch... you're a nasty..... Mr... Grinch. I totally have this song stuck in my head. :)
2. A Charlie Brown Christmas (1965)- I was so relieved when Charlie Brown discovers the real meaning of Christmas. and finds his perfect Christmas tree.
3. A Christmas Story - 1983 - Why did Charlie need the BB Gun? I knew he would shoot his eye out. Was I the only one who really wanted the bunny suit?
4. Elf -2003- those tights kill me every time. I think Will Ferrell is missing more cowbell.
5. Nightmare before Christmas - 1993. This movie took my favorite holidays and mushed them together. I heart Tim Burton :)
Now I just want to snuggle up and start watching movies with a nice big coffee and popcorn.

Charlie Brown and Nightmre before Christmas are my favorite too. Then I love to watch old movies even more at christmas, preferably musicals. In Italy during the holydays there is always a Shirley Temple marathon: although I find her quite irritating now, I always watch a couple of movies because it reminds me of my childhood.
Cute post :)
still haven't seen a christmas story! lame, I know.
I love #1 and 5, I used to style my hair like cindy lou
I just love the movie Elf! I'm not really into comedies, but I thought it was so cute. I love The Sound of Music too. It seems like they play that movie at lot around Christmas.
Great list! I'm planning on watching A Christmas Story and Nightmare Before Christmas this year. The past 3 years have been The Holiday and Love Actually. Way before that were Home Alone 1, 2 and Jingle All the Way with the governator.
Your picks are definitely the top five picks. I especially like A Christmas Story and for Halloween we just watched The Nightmare before Christmas. Fun videos!
Oh yes please - I'll join you for a movie marathon accompanied by a BIG coffee and some popcorn ... that sounds wonderful to me! :)
I haven't seen all the movies in your great list, but I have to say that 'Charlie Brown' is a particular favourite! (as is Tim Burton) ... :)
A Christmas Story scares me. I'm not sure why...
Oh, my goodness - I have to watch #1-3 PRONTO!
Oh Charlie Brown is one of my faves as well!
PS: I think the Aromatherapy Co giveaway I'm running will be right up your alley!
